The local bee colonies in Schonach are busy, and you can taste it. Convince yourself of the sweet treats in the honey jar. But not only honey - mead, honey schnapps, honey dressing and propolis tinctures are also on offer.

The area between the garden and the edge of the forest offers the bees a rich selection of flowering plants for pollination and ideal conditions for the production of dark forest honey.

Mr Brinkhus' motto is: "Living in harmony with nature."

The beekeeper uses his expertise for the benefit of animals, especially bees, and nature. The property is cultivated with a natural variety of plants to provide a biological food source for the honeybees.
