The task here is to maintain and develop the farm organism on a biodynamic basis. The farm shop offers fruit, vegetables, sausages, cheese, eggs and cereals. Various types of bread are baked from the farm's own grains in the bakery. There is also a small range of dried goods as well as wine and juices. Gaps in the product range are filled as far as possible with products from regional Demeter and Bioland farms. Goods that are not available there are sourced from the Bioland wholesaler Rinklin.
