We have been producing meat products and sausage specialities for you in our butcher's shop since 1949, following a tried and tested artisan tradition and now in the third generation. We inspire you every day with our high-quality products and our lunch menu from 12:00 pm. Our butcher's shop produces a wide range of butcher's products and Black Forest specialities according to our own recipes, now in its third generation. Only fresh, high-quality ingredients are used.

Livestock is purchased exclusively from the region and is transported, slaughtered and butchered in our own abattoir.
