In the cosy trail house you can get changed, wax your skis and warm up with a cup of tea (small kiosk). There are also public toilets here. Of course, you can also eat your own food and drink here.

The Thurnerspur is one of the most beautiful cross-country ski trails in Germany and is located in the Black Forest Highlands between the towns of Breitnau and St. Märgen. 1,100 metres above sea level means that the trail is very snow-sure. We have a 15 km classic and a 15 km skating trail. The tracks are variable. There are shortcut options of 8, 10 and 12 kilometres. The 5 km night trail is recommended for beginners or as a short loop. The night trail is groomed for classic and skating. The trail is floodlit every week from Tuesday to Thursday from 18:00 to 21:00.
