The home of the Geißenzunft fool guild is Dittishausen, a small village between the Black Forest Highlands and Baar north of Löffingen.
The Geißenzunft was founded on 14 January 1968. In the same year, on Fasnet Sunntig, the Geißenzunft Dittishausen was ceremonially christened. The Löffingen witches' group acted as godparents. Today the Geißenzunft has 177 members, 87 Hästräger and consists of the following jester figures: Geißengruppe, Fuhrmänner, Geißentöter, Wurwibli + Wurmali and the Taborhexen.
