The Schaffhauser Säge is located in the Mettma Valley and is the starting point for a number of wonderful hikes up and down the valley. There is also a shady forest route leading to Bulgenbach, Staufen, Brenden. Hikers can find refreshments at the Gasthaus Hirschen in Staufen.
