Hard cheese and fresh cheese variations made from cow's and goat's milk are on offer, which are produced in the farm's own cheese dairy. There are also various sausage and ham products as well as fresh meat from Hinterwald cattle, subject to availability. Cooked specialities such as goulash, bolognese and beef stock are offered from the farm kitchen.
The range is complemented by selected products from other farmers in the region. The Till family has been running the farm at Schluchsee according to Demeter guidelines since 1988 and is dedicated to breeding old livestock breeds, including the Hinterwald cattle native to the Black Forest and the Thuringian Forest goat, the last native goat breed in Germany.
