he heritage-protected, restored farm mill with some 400-year-old functional parts has two grinding gears. Both can be used to produce flour. The built-in tannery enables the separation of grain and husks. During opening hours, the function and special features are always explained and flour is produced.
German Mill Day takes place every year on Whit Monday. All interested parties are invited to visit the Kobisenmühle with demonstrations.
