TRADITION SINCE 1438
Quality from the very start - for us, this begins with the delivery of the grain at harvest time. Grade, purity and quality are the key criteria when selecting our raw ingredients. In our grain processing plant, the bread grain is prepared for further processing with a great deal of technical effort and modern cleaning machines. Careful and gentle handling of the raw material grain has always been at the centre of our work. Extensive laboratory tests complete the quality concept. The long road to the finished bread starts here at the Kutmühle - right at the beginning.
