After several months of hard work, with a lot of support and joy, the time had and the ‘Alte Färbe’ was once again the guild house of our Narrenzunft! In 2016, we celebrated 25 years of the ‘Alte Färbe’ in Furtwangen, our guild house, which was built in 1770 and completely renovated and remodelled in 1991. Together with our tenants, we have managed to pay off the original loan that we had to take out to buy and renovate the building.
We hope that with your support we can now use the guild house as a meeting place for the guild and the whole population of Furtwangen. The Alte Färbe can also be hired for club events, birthdays and anniversaries (except on Thursdays). Every Thursday, the Alte Färbe is catered for by guild members and is then open to everyone.
