The Rappenfelsen vantage point is over 750 metres above sea level. Here you have a wonderful view over the Black Forest Highlands.
On the Rappenfelsensteig premium hiking trail, we also pass the Rappenfelsen rock, to which the trail owes its name. From this 750 metre high rock, you have a magnificent view over the southern Black Forest Highlands towards the Rhine Valley. And if you're lucky and the weather cooperates, you can see the Alps within your grasp.
