The colourful evening is traditionally opened by the march of the Neukirch Carnival Ballet.
And what has happened in the village since the last carnival? The village events of the past year are presented by the members of the Fools' Club in several sketches. The dancers of the men's ballet of the Sportfreunde Hexen show off their skills and the girls of the ballet once again provide the crowning finale with their show dance.
