The whole of Todtnau is full of spectators and celebrates the highlight of the street carnival with the Rose Monday parade and its colourful, resounding parade carriers, the various themed floats and the atmospheric Guggen and brass bands. Narri, Narro!
Todtnau is known among jesters for its Rose Monday parade and the fantastic atmosphere. And so this year, too, there will be themed floats with large numbers of people on foot, out-of-town carnival revellers, musicians and Guggenmusik bands from near and far.
On the highest day of the Todtnau carnival, Rose Monday, seven districts (Zinken) compete for the trophy for the best float in the big Rose Monday parade. After the big parade, the foolish hustle and bustle continues at the fool's village with a party on the market square and in the local pubs until late into the evening.
