Thomas Scheytt comes to the Festhalle in Furtwangen with blues & boogie woogie classics and his own compositions. Scheytt is one of the busiest musicians on the European blues and boogie scene. For over 20 years, he has not only performed as a soloist, but also with his trio Boogie Connection in jazz clubs and at festivals at home and abroad - four times at the world-famous New Orleans Jazz Festival in Ascona alone. He has received numerous awards, and his CD Blues Colours was nominated for the German Record Critics' Award and he won the German Blues Award twice in 2015.
