We are allowed to harvest honey from the bees and we also refine the wax into candles, beeswax cloths and use it as an additive to lip balms and various ointments.
Our orchard fruit is processed into naturally cloudy juice. The surplus must is distilled into fruit brandy or apple vinegar.
The cherries are turned into cherry brandy and the pits are put into cherry stone bags.
Our BIOLAND-certified home garden with its medicinal herb bed provides the basis for incense balls and tea blends.
We sell these products at markets in the neighbourhood.
