Since May 2023, we have been passionately running the mountain inn on the Präger Böden and look forward to welcoming familiar and new faces!
Our traditional inn is located in the Upper Prägbach Valley, at the foot of the Herzogenhorn, and offers a wonderful retreat surrounded by nature. On our sunny terrace, you can enjoy a unique panoramic view of the impressive Black Forest landscape—perfect for unwinding and enjoying yourself.
The surrounding area offers numerous activities: whether hiking, cycling, mountain biking, motorcycling, or skiing—the nature around our mountain inn has its own special charm in every season.
For those who wish to stay longer, we offer five cozy rooms in country house style with private or adjoining bathrooms:
3 double rooms, one with bathroom in the hallway
1 four-bed room with bunk beds
1 family room with double bed and bunk bed
Our cuisine is down-to-earth, regional, and seasonal—simple but truly delicious!
In addition to our menu, we surprise you with changing daily and seasonal specials. The kitchen is open continuously on weekends and holidays from 12:00 p.m., as well as on Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 2:00 p.m. We also offer
overnight stays with breakfast – just ask us!
