In bad weather, use the large-screen TV with home cinema and 5.1 surround sound.
Electricity/heating current according to meter consumption 0.35 EUR/KWh. All prices include 7% VAT. Please bring your own bed linen and towels (see checklist for arrival at the booking confirmation/invoice) or book them additionally as a linen set in advance. To secure the booking, a credit card can be requested from the landlord.
