A comfortable holiday apartment (approx. 55 sqm) suitable for the whole family, featuring two separate bedrooms (one with bunk beds), a balcony with a scenic view, and access to a shared sauna in the building.
Beautiful hiking trails, as well as cross-country and downhill ski runs, start right outside the door. Numerous family-friendly attractions are also located nearby.
Location and Facilities
The apartment is located in the Residenz Schauinsland, a building with a total of 23 apartment units and several shared common areas. It offers a good base for various outdoor activities: hiking trails begin in the immediate vicinity, and two ski lifts are within walking distance when snow conditions allow.
Shared facilities in the building include a common lounge, a children’s playroom (on the same floor as the apartment), and a sauna. The sauna and relaxation room can be reserved for private use for a period of two hours, during which time guests have exclusive access. Outside, there is a courtyard with benches and a barbecue area, as well as a play tower and seating area in front of the building.
Please note: The apartment is located on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. It is therefore not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
