Newly renovated in 2022, our approx. 67 square metre holiday flat offers space for 2-4 adults or families with 2 children. Optionally, a travel cot for a small child can be added. The flat is divided into a hallway area, a bathroom with shower and WC, a fully equipped kitchen with an open-plan dining and living area and two separate bedrooms (1x double bed with 1.60 width, 1x two single beds) with access to a small balcony (west). The flat is located on the third floor (without lift) and offers a wide view over the village Häusern up to Höchenschwand. In good weather conditions you can even see the Alpine chain. On the north side, the flora and fauna area with beautiful meadows extends to the edge of the forest. Here you can watch the young cattle grazing during the summer. A car park is available directly in front of the house. Around the house there is the possibility to sit outside in good weather. On request a barbecue can also be provided.
