Welcome to our lovingly renovated holiday flat in the heart of Hinterzarten!
The approximately 50 m² maisonette holiday flat can accommodate up to four people and is
the ideal base for families, hikers, cyclists and winter sports enthusiasts. Here
you can enjoy the rare combination of a central location and immediate proximity to nature.
A wide range of leisure activities begins right on your doorstep. The popular
Eichhörnchenwald (Squirrel Wood), with its Wichtelpfad (Gnome Trail), a water treading pool and the idyllic
Zartenbach stream, is just a few steps away. A large woodland playground is also within easy
walking distance. In winter, the local toboggan run is practically right outside the
house – perfect for families with children.
Despite the central location, you’ll find the surroundings exceptionally peaceful. Behind the house, meadows
and the edge of the woodland open up, so you’ll be looking out onto greenery as soon as you glance out of the window. In summer,
your stay is often accompanied only by the chirping of crickets and the gentle sounds of nature.
Anyone seeking relaxation and tranquillity will find a wonderful retreat here in the Black Forest Highlands.
The flat was extensively modernised in 2026. The bathroom has been completely
refurbished, whilst new windows, high-quality insulation and the renovation of the
roof ensure a comfortable living environment. Thanks to the south-facing aspect and the large
windows, the rooms are pleasantly bright and welcoming.
The attic offers sleeping space for four people, accessible via an open spiral staircase.
Two of the beds can be separated from the rest of the sleeping area by a folding screen if required.
This makes the flat particularly well-suited to families with children.
The flat includes a terrace, a small garden area, a covered seating area for
cosy summer evenings, two sun loungers and a private parking space.
The centre of Hinterzarten, with its shops, restaurants, cafés and the
railway station, is within easy walking distance. Public transport links are
excellent: regular train services take you to Freiburg, Titisee or
towards Feldberg. Various bus routes also depart directly from the station.
