Our well-maintained house is located in a central south-facing position near the forest;
in approx. 5 minutes you can reach the summer mountain facilities with bird trail and viewpoint.
The town centre, spa gardens and spa house are 6 minutes away.

Our cosily furnished holiday apartment for 2-4 people is approx. 40 m² in size
and is located on the 1st floor (attic) and is allergy-friendly.
The kitchen-diner is wood-panelled and equipped with a dining table, chairs, corner bench, chest of drawers,
colour TV, cassette recorder with CD player, free WiFi and a fully equipped kitchenette.
Stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave,
Bosch food processor and mixer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, dishwasher.
All floors are covered with cork.
1 bedroom with double bed and
1 bedroom with two single beds.
Shower, toilet and washbasin.
Children are very welcome.
The following items are available for our youngest guests: cot, high chair, baby carrier,
buggy, bathtub, nappy bin, potty, toilet seat, changing mat,
bottle warmer, various games, toy collection, toys and books, sledge.
Bread roll service;
Upon registration, you will receive a guest card from us. With this card,
you can use the train, bus and tram free of charge.
Pick-up service from the train station or bus;

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment;
Bed linen, towels and table linen are provided.
Final cleaning, electricity, water and heating are included.
Check-in from 3 p.m. - check-out by 10 a.m.
The minimum stay is 3 nights; for stays shorter than this, we charge a short stay surcharge.
