This comfortable maisonette holiday flat with swimming pool and sauna is located in Hinterzarten, the “Pearl of the Upper Black Forest”, just above the centre of the village, right next to the forest.
The Greek restaurant in the house with a large sun terrace is open daily
except Mondays (day off).
The beautiful village centre of Hinterzarten can be reached by foot in 15 minutes. After only 5 minutes you can join the circular route around Hinterzarten (3km).
The following hikes/bike tours directly from the house are recommended:
Titisee: (4km), from there continue to the Hochfirst (5km, wonderful view
over the whole lake to the Feldberg).
Mathislehof: organic farm with farm shop (2km) and from there to Mathisleweiher (2km) and from there to the village centre (4km) and then back to Erlenbruck (20 min.)
Feldsee via Mathisleweiher and Raimatihof (approx. 15km). From there ascent to the Feldberg (90 min.). From the Feldberg there is a bus back to Hinterzarten.
Schluchsee: Wonderful tour by bike (approx. 30km).
When the weather is cold and wet, the bathing paradise in Titisee invites you to swim under palm trees and relax. (10 minutes by car).
A trip to Freiburg on the Höllental railway is always worthwhile. (30 min. from Hinterzarten railway station). The journey is free with a guest card.
Further journeys by car are worthwhile:
Over the Feldberg to Todtnau to the Hasenhorn, with its large summer toboggan run, and on via Schauinsland to Freiburg.
Via Feldberg and Schönau to Belchen (marvellous panoramic view as far as the
Alps.
Through the Black Forest to Basel (very beautiful route via Feldberg, Todtnau and Schönau, approx. 70 min.)
