The house is located approx. 2 km outside Hinterzarten, above the Höllental valley, surrounded by greenery with few neighbours in sight. Its quiet location, its architecture and its place between the trees with a view of the valley give it its special charm. The location away from the road and its approx. 1 acre meadow offer plenty of space for children to play.
The house was built in 1966. It consists of a flat with 3 bedrooms, each with bathroom/WC and an open-plan living room, which is divided on several levels into a sleeping/living gallery, a sitting area with fireplace (fireplace insert) and an eat-in kitchen.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating and also has a fireplace with insert in the living room.
WiFi is available free of charge. A telephone connection is not available.
