Landhaus Klara
This detached house is located on the outskirts in a quiet area. It was fully renovated and modernised in 2022/23, and has central heating. There is parking available directly at the house. The holiday apartment has approximately 120 m² of living space and consists of a kitchen, living room, cloakroom, three bedrooms, a sitting room with a TV, a new bathroom with a shower and washing machine, two toilets, a kitchen with an electric stove/oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine and a dining area. The living room features a large table, a wood-burning stove and a sofa. The bedrooms contain large wardrobes and two double beds and one single bed. There is an outdoor seating area with southwest-facing views. Within about 250 metres, you will find a shop selling bread, baked goods and meat products, as well as almost everything you need for daily life. There is also a butcher, a doctor's office and a bus stop nearby. The guest card allows you to use public transport (buses and trains) free of charge (the train station is 8 km away).
There are several restaurants serving regional and Italian cuisine in the immediate neighbourhood, as well as a kebab shop, cafés and a shopping centre. It is the ideal starting point for walks and hikes. Excursion destinations include Badeparadies in Titisee (about 15 km away), Feldberg or Schluchsee (25 km away), Freiburg (40 km away), Lake Constance or Europa-Park (70 km away), the Danube Valley (50 km away) and the Wutach Gorge (12 km away). You can enjoy winter sports on the ski trail (200 metres from the house) or at various ski lifts in the local area.
