We are a family business and we love our home. Our farm is located in a small valley in Oberkirnach in the Black Forest. We cultivate about 15 hectares of land and forest. We do not use chemical fertilisers, nor do we grow genetically modified plants. We see our way of farming as a cycle. That is why we endeavour to look after our land and livestock, which live and thrive on what grows on our pastures.
It is very important to us that our animals are doing well. We make sure they have enough exercise, are fed in a species-appropriate way and receive human attention. We are a deliberately diverse farm with dairy cattle and pig farming, bakery, processing and direct marketing.
