Family-friendly circular hiking trail: Bonndorf Panorama Trail

Relax on a sun lounger at Lindenbuck, be inspired by the “sensory boards” on the Philosopher's Path, or watch the fallow deer in the nearby enclosure.

From the parking lot at the elementary school, turn right onto Martinstraße and then left onto Kirchstraße. Continue straight ahead on Schlaierweg. After about 1.5 km, turn right slightly uphill onto Galgenbuckweg. When you reach the first houses, turn left onto Philosophenweg, passing a fallow deer enclosure and various signs with aphorisms. Stay on this path until it joins Lindenstraße and walk up this road to Donaueschinger Straße. Cross the country road, keep left after the Lindenbuck inn and you will reach Alte Dillendorfer Straße. After about 200 meters, turn right to the Lindenbuck viewpoint (898 m). From there, walk past the water tower and then turn right down to Neue Dillendorfer Straße.Turn right towards the residential area and take Brunnaderner Weg downhill on the left. Cross the B 315 using the crossing aid and you will now find yourself on Schweizer Straße. Via Süßwinkel you will reach Schlossstraße, which leads around the Baroque castle of Bonndorf. At the fountain, turn slightly right up Mühlenstraße and after about 400 meters you will reach the elementary school parking lot again via Mühlenbogen.
