We hike from Schluchsee-Ort to the Riesenbühl tower, from where we enjoy a magnificent view down to Schluchsee and the surrounding landscape. If the visibility is good, we can even catch a glimpse of the Alps.
After our detour to the Riesenbühl tower, we continue via Waldhöfe to the small hamlet of Hinterhäuser and then on to Fischbach. Here the Gasthof Hirschen invites us to take a cosy break.
Once we have regained our strength, we hike to the Bildstein, where we can also enjoy a fantastic view of the Schluchsee. We continue via Aha on the lively circular lake trail along the lakeshore to Schluchsee. Along the way, we can experience the lake up close, with small sections of beach inviting us to swim in summer.
Shortly before we reach Schluchsee-Ort, we reach our last vantage point: the Amalienruhe, which awaits us in an idyllic location directly on the shores of Schluchsee.
