The circular hike from the Bonndorf district of Holzschlag to the hamlet of Glashütte leads through a varied landscape of forests, meadows and sweeping views. The starting point is the village square in Holzschlag. From here, the trail begins leisurely along an educational bee trail, which offers interesting insights into the world of bees and native plants.

As the trail continues, shady sections of forest alternate with open areas, from which there are always beautiful views of the typical Black Forest landscape. The quiet Glaserbuck hut is a favourite resting place along the way. The simple refuge is idyllically situated in the countryside and invites you to take a break in the middle of nature.

The trail then continues towards Glashütte, a small hamlet with typical Black Forest character. On the way back, you are accompanied by meadows, forest edges and a small valley before finally returning to Holzschlag. The tour is ideal for a relaxed hike with a variety of impressions.

Wegbeschreibung

Your hike begins at the village square in the Holzschlag district of Bonndorf. From here, you first follow the educational bee trail.

The path first takes you along the Vorderbergweg, then on to the Kohlweg.

It then continues along the Bruggenweg, which finally takes you to the Glaserbuck hut. This is idyllically situated in the countryside and is a great place to take a break. Please note: this is purely a refuge, with no catering or sanitary facilities.

After a short break, continue along the middle trail, which takes you through dense sections of forest. Then you turn onto the Mühlebachweg, which leads you gently downhill towards the Glashütte district.

The return route begins in Glashütte. You walk downhill along the goods road, past meadows and forest edges, and then reach the Hasenlochweg. This takes you deeper down into a small valley.

Finally, you walk along the Steinhaldenweg trail, which takes you back to the village square in Holzschlag, where your circular tour ends.
