The Windgfällweiher is well worth a visit. It's only a few minutes' walk!
Directions
You start the circular tour in Altgashütten at the railway station and walk along the Haslach on the Feserstegweg to Falkau. There you cross the stream at the "Kuranlage" and walk below the ski lift on the Windgfällweiherweg through the forest towards the Windgfällweiher . Shortly before the lake, the path branches off sharply to the right and takes you back to the starting point.

Premium winter hiking trail
Premium winter hiking trails are specially maintained and signposted winter hiking trails. The routes are selected so that they are mostly very scenic and as easy to walk as possible. The winter hiking trails are checked and cleared or rolled daily and are mostly circular hiking trails.
