At Landmetzgerei Dorer, quality starts with purchasing. The meat for processing comes mainly from the rural region of Furtwangen. Pre-checked suppliers and strict incoming inspections ensure the high quality and freshness of all raw materials used. The wide range of meat products is produced under optimum hygiene conditions in state-of-the-art production facilities. Traditional recipes, a great deal of craftsmanship and natural maturing processes ensure the inimitably savoury taste of the products.
